The construction of MainHub Örebro is in full swing

The construction of our logistics project MainHub in Örebro, developed in collaboration with Nordsten Development, is well underway.
In Palmbohult, we are developing a modern logistics facility of approximately 24,000 sqm. The property is expected to be ready for occupancy in Q1 2026 and will be environmentally certified according to BREEAM, with the ambition of achieving an Outstanding rating.
Leasing opportunities are available from 6,000 sqm up to the entire property, with occupancy possible from the first quarter of 2026.
