Niam acquires 15,000 sqm logistics property in Arlandastad

Niam has acquired a forward commitment deal for a logistics property in Arlandastad, offering excellent connections to key transport hubs and regions.
Niam has signed a forward commitment acquisition of a last-mile logistics property in Arlandastad, with close proximity to key transport networks such as the E4, Arlanda, Rosersberg, and the Mälardalen region. Currently under construction, the property is designed to the highest ESG and technical standards. With a strong focus on sustainability, the project aims to achieve BREEAM SE Excellent certification upon completion.
“With this acquisition, Niam expands its logistics portfolio and underlines our commitment to the segment and to assets tailored to meet long-term regional demand. This transaction highlights our flexibility in deal structures and profiles, in this case, a forward commitment where Niam takes on the leasing. We continue to actively seek logistics acquisitions across the Nordics, as our dynamic business model aligns well with all segments in the region,” says Henrik Gerdin, Fund Manager at Niam.
The property is being developed by OOF Group, with closing scheduled upon project completion in 2025.
