Niam acquires newly built logistics property in Klinga Logistics Park

Niam has acquired a newly built logistics property in the strategically located and expanding Klinga Logistics Park, just south of Norrköping. The property, completed in 2023, covers approximately 30,000 sqm and is environmentally certified according to BREEAM Excellent.
“The acquisition is a strategic step forward in our expansion within the logistics sector and helps ensure a sustainable and future-proof logistics portfolio. Following this acquisition, Niam’s Nordic logistics portfolio amounts to over 400,000 sqm, and we continue to meet the region’s growing demand for sustainable logistics solutions,” comments Henrik Gerdin, Fund Manager at Niam.
The property is fully leased to Emotion Logistics, a leading company in transport and logistics, and is strategically located in a central logistics hub near Norrköping. Klinga Logistics Park offers excellent connections to highways, rail networks, and ports, providing the foundation for efficient transport solutions.
Moving-in is planned for November 2024, and the seller is a joint venture between Slättö and private partners.
